The complaint lodged by South Africa against the State of Israel does not accuse it of genocide, but of allowing elements of its army to practice it. It is based on the stated intentions of certain political and military leaders, on the observation of Israeli practices over the past 75 years towards the Palestinian people as a whole, and finally on the way it is behaving today in Gaza.
