The great power rivalry will continue to grow

At the end of March 2022, the American RAND corporation released a study entitled “Understanding competition. Great Power Rivalry in a Changing International Order – Concepts and Theories”. [i] The author is RAND Senior Fellow Michael Mazarr, known for his publications on hybrid warfare, security, military strategy, and deterrence theory. [ii]
