Brian Berletic- Like so many other Western narratives surrounding Ukraine, it was only a matter of time before the Black Sea "victory" narrative collapsed as well

▪️West proclaimed for months Ukraine’s “victory” in the Black Sea/restoration of Ukrainian shipping – but was Russia’s political choice to allow shipping to continue;

▪️Recent Russian missile strikes on maritime vessels demonstrate Russia’s ability to disrupt shipping at any time of its choosing;
